Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Life Coaching Sessions 1. Introduction
By signing up for life coaching services with CoCreative Solutions, you agree to these terms. Life coaching is not therapy or counseling, and you should seek appropriate care for medical or psychological concerns. 2. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential and won’t be disclosed without your consent, except when: There is a legal obligation. The coach believes you're a danger to yourself or others. There’s suspected abuse or neglect of a vulnerable person. 3. Session Structure
Sessions are [30/60/90] minutes, conducted in person, by phone, or via video. Frequency and duration will be agreed upon based on your goals. 4. Payment and Fees The fee per session/package is $65/session, $110/Bronze level, $200/Silver level, $375/Gold level. Payment is required before each session unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable unless the coach cancels the session. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellations Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours result in the full session fee being charged unless there’s an emergency. Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time, and missed sessions will be forfeited without adequate notice. 6. Client Responsibilities
Clients should be active participants and take responsibility for their progress. You agree to be honest and follow through on assignments discussed during sessions. 7. Coach's Role
The coach will offer guidance and support but cannot guarantee outcomes. Professional boundaries will be maintained, and no inappropriate relationships will develop. 8. Disclaimer
Life coaching is intended to support personal and professional development. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal services. Clients are responsible for any decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching. 9. Termination of Services
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. If the client terminates, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. If the coach terminates, unused session fees will be refunded. 10. Changes to Terms
CoCreative Solutions may update these terms at any time. Continued use of coaching services indicates acceptance of any changes. 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America/Texas, and any disputes will be handled by courts in that jurisdiction.
